Apply a Custom Template to Other Google Sites

In a May 10, 2022 post on the Google Workspace blog, the Google Sites team announced the addition of an ability to "import a custom theme from one Google Sites to another." This basically allows us to not only publish a standardized, on brand theme for an organization but also apply this theme to already existing sites effectively changing styling rules on the site, such as fonts, colors, backgrounds, etc. 

Many organizations have been using New Google Sites for years and may have team sites that need to be quickly revamped or made to fit new branding guidelines.
