Terms of Use - Agreement

By purchasing, opening, installing, using the "Sites Starter" add-on/application by Kirksville Web Design (KWD) “we” “our” templates you're agreeing to these licensing terms.

Regarding Our Google Sites™ Templates

Purchasing or copying a template from our add-on entitles you to use the template and layout for one website (end product) in your own one Google account or the one Google account of your client in the case of affiliates or partners.

Purchasing or copying a template entitles you to:

Create an end product for a client or for personal or commercial use
Modify the colors, fonts, style and overall appearance of the template
Combine the template with other works and create a derivative work, subject to the terms of this license.
Share viewship, editorship to other users and publish your Google Sites™ .

You are not permitted to:

Sell, redistribute, lease, license or sublicense the template or bundled resources, even if modified, on marketplaces, your website or any other platform.
Share a single license with multiple users.
Modify the original template in order to resell it under your own brand.
Confer ownership of the template, or subsequent copies, or derivative work, to other users.

Miscellaneous provisions:

Reselling templates in their original or modified form is prohibited, regardless of whether you are the original purchaser or not.
Our Google Sites™ premium templates are copyrighted to Kirksville Web Design. You do not have permission to claim the design or structure of our Google Sites™ templates as your own. Photos, images and illustrations used in the template are for demonstration purposes only, are not included in the purchase, and it is assumed that these are the copyright of the original creator.
Please note: You are purchasing a template for Google Sites™ only. It will not not work with any other web publishing platform (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Duda, Squarespace etc). KWD templates are for Google Sites™ only.
