Make sure you are logged into your Google Account on a desktop computer
You should have received an email with a link to your template in Google Drive, open it
Click on the three-dot menu for the Google Sites template document
Select “Make a Copy”
After a moment, in the bottom left, you can show the file location of your copy in your “My Drive.” Or you can also search your Google Drive for “Copy of [TEMPLATE_NAME_HERE]” You might also see it in “Recent”
You are the owner of this duplicated Google Site. Open and begin editing. Congratulations!
